- 500 g Cream cheese
- 2 Eggs
- Vanillin (A pinch)
- 30 g Sweetened condensed milk for the Raffaello filling
- 15 g Shredded coconut (According to the source—15–20 g)
- 30 g Sweetened condensed milk for the raspberry filling
- 30 g Raspberry purée (Approximately from 60 g raspberries and 1/3 tsp cornstarch)
- 60 g Raspberries (For preparing the raspberry purée)
- 0.33 tsp Cornstarch (For the raspberry purée)
- 40 g Chocolate-hazelnut spread (For example, Nutella)
- 25 g Roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 20 g Sweetened condensed milk or powdered sugar (Optional, if you prefer a sweeter flavor)
- 30 g Sweetened condensed milk for the Kinder chocolate filling
- 30 g Kinder chocolate
- 20 Tartlet shells (The source used 20 pieces)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2
Combine the cream cheese, eggs, and vanillin. The easiest way is to beat the mixture with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- 3
Divide the base into four equal portions—approximately 150 g each.
- 4
For the Raffaello filling, add the sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut to one portion of the base. Mix until smooth.
- 5
Mash the raspberries and pass them through a fine-mesh sieve. Add the cornstarch and mix to make raspberry purée.
- 6
Add the sweetened condensed milk and raspberry purée to the second portion of the base. Mix until smooth.
- 7
For the Ferrero Rocher filling, add the chocolate-hazelnut spread and chopped roasted hazelnuts to the third portion of the base. If desired, add another 20 g of sweetened condensed milk or powdered sugar for a sweeter flavor. Mix.
- 8
For the Kinder chocolate filling, add the sweetened condensed milk and Kinder chocolate to the fourth portion of the base. Mix until smooth.
- 9
Distribute the four fillings among the tartlet shells. The easiest way to fill them is with a piping bag.
- 10
Place the tartlet shells in the oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for approximately 17–20 minutes.
- 11
Let the mini cheesecakes cool, then decorate them.
- 12
For the best flavor, refrigerate the cheesecakes for a few hours.
Notes
The quantities of additional ingredients are given for all four flavors. If you are making only one or two flavors, you can proportionally increase the corresponding additional ingredients to obtain the desired number of servings. The source does not specify a particular decorating method.
