Ingredients

  • 2 Weet-Bix (Crushed)
  • 15 g Protein powder (Optional, as indicated in the method)
  • 0.333 cup Milk (For the base)
  • 0.5 Banana (Sliced)
  • 160 g Yoghurt (Of choice; author prefers high-protein versions)
  • 10 g White chocolate (Melted)
  • 20 g Yoghurt (For the topping mixture)
  • 15 g Milk (For the topping mixture)
  • 1 Oreo cookie (Remove the white middle section; crush the cookie)

Steps

  1. 1

Crush the Weet-Bix in a bowl or container. Add the protein powder, if using, and then add the base milk. Mix until combined and flatten into an even layer.

  2. 2

Arrange the sliced banana over the Weet-Bix base.

  3. 3

Spoon the 160 g yoghurt over the banana slices.

  4. 4

Place the white chocolate in a small bowl and microwave in 20-second intervals until melted.

  5. 5

Add the 15 g milk and 20 g yoghurt to the melted chocolate and mix.

  6. 6

Remove the white middle section from the Oreo cookie. Crush the remaining cookie into the small bowl and mix.

  7. 7

Layer the chocolate-and-cookie mixture over the yoghurt.

  8. 8

Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or overnight, then enjoy.
