Simple Sorbet
This is an extremely simple and refreshing sorbet that can be made by simply blending frozen fruit with milk, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Watermelon (Diced and frozen overnight)
- 0.25 cup Milk (Or adjust according to desired consistency)
- Honey (Optional, add to taste for extra sweetness)
Steps

Cut the watermelon (or your favorite melon) into small pieces and place them in the freezer to freeze overnight.

Remove the frozen melon pieces from the freezer and place them into a blender or food processor.

Pour in the milk.

If you prefer it sweeter, add an appropriate amount of honey at this stage.

Start the blender and blend the ingredients until the texture is smooth and starts to set.

Serve immediately after blending is complete.
Notes
This is a very flexible recipe; you can replace the watermelon with cantaloupe, mango, or other juicy fruits. Milk can also be substituted with oat milk or coconut milk according to personal preference.
