Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.03 kg before cooking, which is about 345 g per serving.
Steps
Shred the imitation crab and place it in a mixing bowl with the softened cream cheese, low-fat mozzarella, scallions, sesame oil, chili crisp, and 1/4 cup of the Thai chili sauce. Mix until the filling is smooth and creamy.
Lay out the three flatbreads. Divide the crab mixture into three equal portions and place one portion lengthwise down the center of each flatbread.
Fold the sides of each flatbread inward, then roll it tightly like a burrito. Lightly press each one so the filling spreads evenly.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Place the wrapped burritos in the pan and cook until crispy and golden on both sides, about 4–5 minutes per side.
Serve the crispy crab rangoonaritos with the reserved Thai chili sauce for dipping and top with additional scallions.
Notes
The source does not specify the exact amount of additional scallions used for topping. The total cooking time may vary depending on pan size and whether the burritos are cooked individually or in batches.
