- 30 g Light mayonnaise
- 0.5 tsp Garlic paste
- Salt (To taste)
- Water (Add as needed to thin the dip)
Steps
- 1
Put the ground chicken in a mixing bowl. If using whole chicken instead of mince, blend it to make mince, as done in the video.
- 2
Add the egg to the chicken.
- 3
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, baking soda, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the grated mozzarella and mix the chicken mixture well until combined.
- 5
Dip one rice paper sheet in water, then lay it flat.
- 6
Place about one-fifth of the chicken mixture on the sheet and roll it tightly into a sausage shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture and rice paper sheets.
- 7
Cut the rolls into nuggets using scissors.
- 8
Spray the nuggets with cooking spray.
- 9
Air-fry at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
