Ingredients
- 2 tbsp store-bought vanilla frosting (For coating the shot-glass rims)
- sprinkles (For coating the rims and decorating; use as needed)
- 1 oz almond or regular Baileys
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
- ice (As needed to fill the cocktail shaker)
- whipped cream (Optional, for serving)
- birthday candles (Optional, for serving)
Steps
- 1
Spread the vanilla frosting on a small plate. Pour some sprinkles onto a second small plate. Dip the rims of two shot glasses into the frosting, then roll the rims in the sprinkles to coat them.
- 2
Combine the Baileys, vanilla vodka, and white chocolate liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, cover it, and vigorously shake until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
- 3
Divide the drink between the prepared shot glasses.
- 4
Swirl whipped cream on top of each shot, if using. Decorate with more sprinkles.
- 5
Place a birthday candle into the whipped cream, if using.
Notes
Almond Baileys adds extra depth of flavor, but regular Baileys may be substituted. The recipe does not specify an exact amount of sprinkles, ice, or whipped cream; use enough for coating, shaking, and decorating as needed.
