Chocolate Ganache

Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.14 kg before cooking, which is about 145 g per serving.
Steps
In a large bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Whisk until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
Prepare the cake batter by incorporating the dry ingredients (flour and cocoa, implied by context) and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
Prepare the cream filling by whipping 40cl of heavy cream with the chantilly cream powder until stiff peaks form.
Once the cake has cooled, spread the whipped cream filling evenly over the top of the cake layer.
Prepare the chocolate ganache by heating 20cl of liquid cream and pouring it over 200g of chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cream layer, spreading it to the edges.
Refrigerate the cake to allow the layers to set before serving.
Notes
The OCR indicates 40cl of cream for the filling, which is approximately 400ml. The ganache uses a 1:1 ratio of chocolate to cream by weight/volume.
