Ingredients
Steps
In a bowl, crack the 3 eggs and add them along with the 200 g of powdered milk.
Add one teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.
Mix all ingredients well until obtaining a homogeneous batter without lumps.
Prepare a small pan by greasing it with a little oil or non-stick spray to prevent the bread from sticking.
Pour the mixture into the greased pan.
Cook in the air fryer at 120 degrees Celsius (250 °F) for 25 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.
Notes
If you don't have an air fryer, you can try making it in a conventional oven, although the time and temperature may vary (it is suggested to check after 20 minutes). Some users suggest adding sesame or chia seeds for texture.
