Ingredients
Steps
Bring water to a boil in a small pot or saucepan.
Add the instant ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until tender, usually about 3 minutes.
Drain the water from the pot, leaving just the cooked noodles.
Pour the milk into the pot with the noodles and turn the heat to low.
Stir in the reserved ramen seasoning packet until fully combined with the milk.
Add the slice of cheese on top of the noodles and cover the pot for 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt.
Stir the melted cheese into the creamy broth and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, you can add a drizzle of sriracha or chili oil. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more milk.
