Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt (To taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 0.5 red bell pepper (Finely diced)
- 0.5 green bell pepper (Finely diced)
- 0.5 cup mild cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp oil (For cooking)
Steps
- 1
Boil the eggs for 7–8 minutes, until fully cooked.
- 2
Peel the boiled eggs. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- 3
Chop the egg whites into small chunks. Place the yolks in a separate bowl and mash them.
- 4
Add the mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, everything bagel seasoning, finely diced red bell pepper, and finely diced green bell pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix well.
- 5
Add the chopped egg whites to the yolk mixture and mix again until everything is well combined.
- 6
Place a tortilla wrap on a work surface. Add some mild cheddar cheese and the egg mixture.
- 7
Roll the tortilla up tightly to secure the filling. Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining filling.
- 8
Heat a pan and add the oil. Warm each burrito in the pan for about 1 minute on each side, until crispy and golden.
- 9
Serve the burritos warm.
Notes
The source does not specify the type of oil, the pan temperature, or the amount of cheese and egg mixture to add to each wrap. Divide the filling and cheese evenly between the two tortillas.
