Ingredients

  • 1 L Milk (Use part of it to mix the batter, then pour in the rest after adding the flour.)
  • 10 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sugar for the batter
  • 0.333 tsp Salt (Approximately 1/3 teaspoon.)
  • 380 g All-purpose flour
  • 50 g Butter for the batter (Melt.)
  • Boiled water (Add a little only if needed, if the batter is too thick.)
  • Farmer's cheese (Quantity not specified; for the filling.)
  • Sugar for the filling (Quantity not specified; add to taste.)
  • Philadelphia cream cheese (Quantity not specified.)
  • Sweetened condensed milk (Quantity not specified.)
  • Butter for frying (Optional, for additionally frying the finished crepes.)

Steps

  1. 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar and salt, and mix until smooth.

  2. 2

Pour in part of the prepared milk and mix.

  3. 3

Add the flour and mix well to obtain a smooth, lump-free batter.

  4. 4

Pour in the remaining milk and mix the batter.

  5. 5

Add the melted butter and mix. If the batter is too thick, thin it with a small amount of boiled water.

  6. 6

Heat a frying pan. Cook the crepes over medium heat on both sides until done.

  7. 7

For the filling, mix the farmer's cheese, sugar, cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

  8. 8

Transfer the filling to a piping bag.

  9. 9

Pipe the filling onto the crepes and spread it over them. Choose the folding or spreading method according to your preference.

  10. 10

If desired, fry the finished crepes in butter and serve.

  11. 11

The finished crepes can also be frozen or baked in the oven.
