Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 675 g before cooking, which is about 170 g per serving.
Steps
Half fill 1-cup-capacity ovenproof ramekins or dishes with boiling water. Use one ramekin or dish for each egg.
Crack one egg into each ramekin or dish, taking care not to break the yolk.
Place the ramekins in the air fryer and cook at 200°C (400 °F) for 5 minutes for runny yolks, 6 minutes for soft centers, or 7 minutes for slightly firmer centers.
Carefully scoop the eggs out of the hot water with a spoon, getting the spoon fully underneath each egg so the yolk does not burst.
Drain the poached eggs on paper towel, then serve as desired.
Notes
The source does not specify the exact number of eggs or ramekins; the quantities provided are an estimate for four eggs. Cooking time determines yolk firmness. Use caution when lifting the eggs from the water, and ensure the spoon is fully underneath each egg.
