- coriander (Chopped, for garnish)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C). Prepare a baking dish for the bread.
- 2
Make the garlic butter by combining the softened butter, finely minced garlic, chopped parsley, red chili flakes, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- 3
Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
- 4
Cook the seasoned chicken on a hot pan or grill for 6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- 5
Once cooked, cut the chicken into slices.
- 6
For the Alfredo sauce, heat the butter in a skillet.
- 7
Add the heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
- 8
Stir constantly and add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
- 9
Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the open surfaces of both halves.
- 10
Top the buttered bread with Alfredo sauce, followed by the mozzarella cheese.
- 11
Add the sliced chicken, then drizzle more Alfredo sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped coriander.
