Ingredients
- 60 g Weet-Bix (Crushed; use 2 per bowl)
- 2 tsp Maple syrup (Granulated sweetener may be used instead; additional maple syrup drizzle is optional for a sweeter taste)
- 200 ml Almond milk (Or milk of choice; the method specifies 90–100 ml per bowl, plus 1/2 tbsp for the white-chocolate mixture)
- 200 g High-protein vanilla yoghurt (Paul’s Vanilla protein yoghurt was used; includes the extra 50 g for the white crème)
- 30 g Caramelised White Choc Luxe Almond Protein (Macro Mike brand)
- 1 tsp Chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella was used; for the white crème, optional hazelnut spread may be used for extra Bueno flavor)
- 20 g White chocolate (About 4–5 small squares)
- 5 g Hazelnut butter (Optional; Leo’s white chocolate spread is an alternative, or use white hazelnut chocolate and omit the butter)
- 0.5 tbsp Almond milk (For mixing into the melted white chocolate; use the listed milk of choice)
Steps
- 1
Set out two bowls or containers, one for each serving.
- 2
In each bowl, crush 2 Weet-Bix. Add 1 tsp sweetener and 90–100 ml milk to each, stir, and let the mixture sit for a few minutes while preparing the chocolate layer.
- 3
In a separate bowl, mix the chocolate-crème ingredients—high-protein vanilla yoghurt, protein powder, and chocolate hazelnut spread—until smooth. For a sweeter taste, add a drizzle of maple syrup.
- 4
Divide the chocolate crème evenly between the bowls and spread it over the Weet-Bix base.
- 5
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, then continue in 15-second bursts until melted.
- 6
Stir 1/2 tbsp milk into the melted white chocolate.
- 7
Stir in the extra yoghurt and, if using, the hazelnut butter or white-chocolate spread.
- 8
Spread the white-chocolate yoghurt mixture over the chocolate layer in each bowl.
- 9
Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours before eating.
Notes
The creator used Paul’s Vanilla protein yoghurt, Nutella, and white-chocolate hazelnut butter. The source's method also calls for 1/2 tbsp milk in the white crème, which is not separately quantified in the ingredient list; it is counted within the listed 200 ml milk here. The stated method specifies 90–100 ml milk per bowl for the base, so the exact division of the total milk is unclear. Optional white hazelnut chocolate can replace the hazelnut butter in the topping.
