Ingredients
- 0.75 cup Kewpie USA mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce (To taste)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 0.5 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Pickles (Finely minced; relish may be used instead)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt (To taste)
- Black pepper (To taste)
Steps
- 1
Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, finely minced pickles or relish, and honey to a bowl or jar.
- 2
Whisk the ingredients together until the sauce is fully combined and smooth.
- 3
Season the sauce to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate it until ready to serve. It can be used after 30 minutes, although making it the night before allows the flavors to develop more fully.
Notes
Store covered in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. The sauce pairs particularly well with fried chicken, including hot honey garlic or honey chipotle fried chicken.
