Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 2.25 kg before cooking, which is about 95 g per serving.
Steps
Grease and line a large rectangular slice tin so the finished slice can be removed easily.
Crush the Scotch Finger biscuits and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add the desiccated coconut, pinch of salt, mini marshmallows, and assorted chopped lollies to the bowl. Include the musk sticks, party mix lollies, freckles, Smarties, Jersey caramels, and any banana lollies from the mix. Stir to distribute the ingredients.
In a separate small bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract with a spoon or spatula. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
Pour the condensed-milk mixture into the bowl of biscuit crumbs, coconut, marshmallows, and lollies. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is evenly combined and all of the dry ingredients are coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared slice tin. Press it down firmly and spread it into an even layer across the tin.
Place the white chocolate and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each burst, until completely smooth.
If desired, stir food colouring into the melted white chocolate until the colour is evenly distributed.
Pour the melted white chocolate over the slice and spread it evenly to cover the entire surface.
Arrange the extra lollies and chocolates decoratively over the white-chocolate topping.
Refrigerate the slice for at least 6 hours, until set and firm.
Cut the chilled slice into small pieces. A pizza cutter may be used; alternatively, dip a knife in hot or boiling water, wipe it clean, and then cut through the slice to make cutting the gummy lollies easier.
Notes
The source does not specify tin dimensions. Keep the slice refrigerated while setting and for storage. For easier cutting through the gummy lollies, use a pizza cutter or warm a knife in hot water and wipe it dry before each cut.
