Ingredients
- 300 g sourdough discard
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (Use 1–2 tablespoons.)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
Add the sourdough discard, melted butter, salt, and 1–2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning to a bowl. Mix until the ingredients are evenly combined.
- 3
Pour the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
- 4
Bake for 10 minutes at 325°F (165°C).
- 5
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Cut the partially baked mixture into crackers of the desired size; a pizza slicer works well for this.
- 6
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 25–40 minutes. Larger crackers may require the longer baking time.
- 7
Remove the crackers from the oven when they are golden and crispy, then allow them to cool before serving.
Notes
The total baking time is approximately 35–50 minutes, depending on cracker size. The source does not specify the number of crackers or a cooling time.
