Ingredients
- 250 g ice cubes
- 150 g strawberries (Washed and hulled.)
- 100 ml water or coconut water (Use water or coconut water according to preference.)
- 1 eetlepel honey (Approximately 21 g.)
Steps
- 1
Wash the strawberries and remove the hulls. If necessary, halve large strawberries so the blender can process them more easily.
- 2
Place the ice cubes, strawberries, 100 ml water or coconut water, and honey in the blender jar.
- 3
Blend everything into a smooth, icy slush. If necessary, briefly stop to scrape the ingredients down from the sides; do not blend longer than necessary so the slush stays cold and thick.
- 4
Pour the berry slush directly into glasses and serve immediately, while the texture is still frozen and light.
Notes
The recipe specifies a tablespoon of honey without a weight; this has been converted to approximately 21 g. Coconut water adds a lightly tropical flavor, while regular water remains more neutral.
