Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Dan-O’s Korean Pop Seasoning
  • 3 garlic (minced)
  • honey (drizzle)
  • white rice (for serving)

Steps

  1. 1

Heat a pan until hot, then add the ground beef. Let it sear without moving until a deep crust forms, then flip it.

When the beef is about halfway cooked, add the Korean Pop seasoning, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Cook until the beef is done.

  3. 3

Drizzle honey over the cooked beef and stir to combine.

  4. 4

Serve the beef over white rice.
