Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb stew meat (Any cut may be used.)
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes (Wash before using.)
  • 0.5 onion (Sliced; optional.)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Kinder’s buttery garlic and herb seasoning
  • black pepper (To taste.)
  • 8 tbsp butter (1 stick; slice before adding.)

Steps

  1. 1

Wash the baby potatoes. Slice the onion if using it.

  2. 2

Place the stew meat, washed baby potatoes, and optional sliced onion in a crock pot.

  3. 3

Add the Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Kinder’s buttery garlic and herb seasoning, and black pepper to the crock pot. Toss everything together thoroughly so the meat and vegetables are coated with the seasonings.

  4. 4

Slice the butter and arrange the slices over the top of the steak and potatoes.

  5. 5

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours, until the potatoes and meat are tender.

Notes

The source does not specify the crock-pot size or whether additional liquid is needed. The onion is optional, and any cut of steak may be used in place of stew meat.
